Professional Development
and Training

TCC offers a variety of training formats and opportunities. Training formats include partial or full day, multi-day and retreat style.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation

I am certified with the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners to provide clinical supervision to Licensed Master Level Social Workers seeking to obtain hours to apply for their clinical license. I also provide clinical consultation to fully licensed clinicians.

Supervision and consultation are extremely important for clinicians in order to ensure that they are meeting the ethical requirements of the profession as well as creating a space to process complicated cases.  We will explore your role, transference/countertransference, identify clinical skills, focus on ethical obligations for the social work profession, and develop plans of self-care.
